Shipping Methods & Delivery Details
www.ajstax.com provides Free Ground Shipping on all Domestic orders of $149 and above to all 50 states, including the U.S. Territory of Puerto Rico. Free Ground Shipping is available during checkout. For expedited shipping, select 2nd Day Shipping or Overnight Shipping. Shipping and Handling charges are based on the subtotal of your order and the shipping method selected. www.ajstax.com does not currently ship to APO / FPO Military or P.O. Boxes. Our shipping methods are subject to change without notice.
Please note that if your package was not received as indicated by your tracking number you will need to notify www.ajstax.com customer service within 5 business days of the scheduled delivery date. We will file a lost package claim on your behalf. Notification outside this time frame will make the order ineligible for replacement and/or Store credit.

International Shipping & Restrictions
www.ajstax.com ships to over 50 countries worldwide. After shopping, please choose the "Shipping Outside the US" international shipping option at checkout. Your payment for the purchase is processed securely by Bongo International. Bongo employs industry-leading encryption and fraud prevention tools. You'll receive a follow up with a confirmation email every time you purchase. Your financial information is never divulged to anyone, not even to www.ajstax.com. Shipping costs are clearly identified before checkout, however, there may be additional duties or taxes the customer is responsible for which the destination country requires payment on or before delivery. Bongo gives an uplifted rate from FCB (FedEx Cross Border). This rate is in line with what banks charge as well as foreign exchange currency rates (AKA an exchange kiosk found at airports). This uplift is done to avoid any foreign transaction fees from their credit card company and to make the whole experience easier for the customer as well. The rate will not be a direct conversion because of the currency uplift.
Please note that watches or jewelry containing Mother of Pearl, Rosewood, Mahogany, and Ebony material are restricted from being shipped to select countries. Additionally, restrictions apply to Lithium power banks/ rechargers and items deemed hazardous. Items with batteries are restricted for shipping to Puerto Rico and can not be ordered at www.ajstax.com. Shipping of Jewelry and Fragrance items are also restricted to certain countries. Process & Handling of Orders Prior to Shipment
Our team needs up to 4 business days to prepare your shipment. This includes the preparation and proper care of your Invicta order so that it is protected with the appropriate packing materials. We also utilize recycled materials wherever possible to eliminate environmental impact.
The order tracking number will be sent to the registered email address and available in the My Account section. FedEx Ground packages typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days after shipment and expedited orders should arrive within the stated delivery timeframe after shipment.
