Return Policy

We are committed to the safety of our customers and employees as we navigate COVID-19. Therefore, we have changed our return policy as of July 1, 2020. If you have any questions on whether your area has limited returns, please contact our Customer Service team.

We want you to feel like every item is the perfect fit, and is exactly what you wanted to purchase. If it’s not right we want to fix it and make you happy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us for a refund or exchange.

You can return most items for a refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition in order for packaging to be accepted. Returns after 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Purchases become a FINAL SALE after 45 days from the confirmed delivery date and are no longer eligible for return or refund. All items marked as FINAL sale are not returnable.

There are a few items that can’t be returned:.

  • Pre-Owned Watches
  • Fragrance
  • Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the sale page
  • Oakley product

However, if your item is damaged or defective, these exceptions will not apply. In this case, we’ll take care of it and work with you to find the best solution

To Start a Return Follow these Steps:

Visit the Orders & Returns page. Items must be in new condition and in their original packaging complete with tags and booklets found in box. Please note it is at the discretion of to issue a pre-paid return label. Should any type of fraud or unlawful behavior be detected we reserve the right to decline the return.

  • All parts must be intact.
  • Return all original product packaging, including boxes, UPCs, bags, or any items used to wrap and protect the item.
  • Items must have original tags, labels, and/or any accompanying materials in the state that they were originally included.

Refund Options

You can choose to receive store credit for your return or have the original payment method refunded. Any associated return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. More details can be found in Refunds.

Modified Return Policies

Our return policy is slightly different for some products and special-occasion purchases:
*First Edition items which are from a Limited Edition collection are all FINAL SALE. Refunds will not be issued for any reason.

Pre-Owned Return Policy

Please note that all Pre-Owned watches are non-refundable and do not come with a warranty. Invicta hand inspects each watch to ensure it is in perfect working condition. Scratches, abrasion or light wear, and tear may exist. All watches are considered a FINAL SALE.

What are my refund options?

You can receive a refund to Store Credit (never expires!) or to your original payment method, minus return shipping costs as per our Return Policy.

When will I receive my refund?

For store credit we’ll credit your account within 1 business day once we’ve received notification that you have returned your item(s).

Most banks will process the refund within 3-5 business days.

For all other refund methods, please allow up to 2 weeks for us to fully process your return and issue your refund.
